WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR PRICING?  You can email me here for all pricing questions (and any other question for that matter!).  I'll do my best to get back quickly.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU SHOOT BIRTH STORIES?  I am passionate about each and every birth story I have the opportunity to document.  Each birth story is filled with so many emotions and is incredibly unique.    I have photographed these special moments at home, birthing centers, and hospital delivery rooms.  Your decision to bring me along  ensures that everyone else can be a support to the mom.  My job is to capture those special moments of welcoming new life into the world and their expecting families without getting in the way of business.  I am there to capture the big and little details of your birth, while everyone else focuses on the task at hand.  If you would like more in depth answers and details I would be happy to send you my birth contract, just ask me here.

WHAT'S IN YOUR CAMERA BAG?  Next to a few diapers, wipes, and an emergency pacifier, I routinely shoot with the following gear:

  • Canon 5D Mark III /// various Canon pro lenses (mostly prime)
  • Carl Zeiss 50mm 1.4
  • Canon Speedlite 580 EX II
  • Canon EOS 3 35mm Film Camera /// a few extra rolls of film
  • Fuji Instax Camera

DO YOU ONLY SHOOT FILM FOR PERSONAL WORK?  One of my favorite things to do is get outside and shoot my family and everyday life on film.  There is something so amazing and special to me about having my own family's memories captured on film.  Don't get me wrong there is a lot of digital shooting in there too (just ask my husband).  I am more than happy to shoot film during client sessions, please just ask!

DO YOU ONLY SHOOT ON LOCATION, WHAT ABOUT IN A NATURAL LIGHT STUDIO?  I have access to a couple of beautiful naturally lit studios in downtown Salt Lake City that I use whenever the job calls for it.  If you have any questions about a session in studio, please ask me here
